Rep. Isadore for Oregon
A United States Marine Corps Veteran and native Portlander, Rep. Isadore leads with the values of accountability, structure, and integrity as both a treatment provider and a business leader.
She believes in Portland and Portlanders
Since founding Oregon Change Clinic in 2021, Rep. Isadore has brought people together across state, local, and county government to more than triple the number of Oregonians receiving addiction and mental treatment at her clinic with supportive housing.
Rep. Isadore has proven that we can meet Oregon’s toughest challenges when the right leaders are at the table.
Rep. Isadore was raised in the Albina neighborhood, where she lived with her Mother and Grandmother, surrounded by a vibrant, thriving community that shared and cared for each other.
She also attended Irvington Elementary School and Lincoln High School before becoming the first member of her family to go to college, eventually earning a Masters Degree in Family Psychotherapy.
Rep. Isadore know what’s possible for our communities when we meet people where they are and give them the structure and resources they need to succeed, hold them accountable, and lead with integrity.
She will continue to successfully tackle our mental health, addiction, homelessness, and public safety crises the same way she has this last term and throughout her life with dedication, boldness, and urgency.
Nowhere are the challenges Oregon faces more urgent than in Downtown and Northwest Portland.

As a Behavioral Health and Housing Leader, she:
● Founded and operates Oregon Change Clinic, an outpatient treatment program serving hundreds of families
● Turned a dilapidated motel into 37 units of recovery housing
As a Finance Industry Leader, she:
● Spent 15-years in finance, overseeing 30 investment brokers across three cities
● Helped middle-income families save and invest money to build generational wealth.
